Come All Ye and Newcastle People’s Chorus and end of year Folk Club party!

Bring along your songs, tunes, poems, instruments, yarns, dances or humorous anecdotes and share with everyone!

BYO drinks/nibbles and/or a “plate” to add to our special festive supper! (No donation required this month).

The Newcastle People’s Chorus is a union choir with an emphasis on social justice and workers’ rights. Its members combine these concerns with a love of singing. New members are always welcome. We don’t have auditions; we consider that enthusiasm is more important.  There has always been a close relationship between the Folk Club and the Chorus throughout the almost 37 years since the Chorus was formed and many of the Chorus members have been, and still are, Folk Club members as well.
