Folk Club Bush Dance at Maitland SteamFest 2024
Saturday 13th April 2:00 PM at the Maitland Station Stage
The Newcastle & Hunter Valley Folk Inc. band, Jig’ll Doo, is bound to get toes tapping with a selection of bush dances. Though some SteamFest goers may choose to watch and enjoy the spectacle, participation will be front and centre during this event.
Martin Frohlich on mandolin and fiddle will be “calling” dances so people of all ages and those with no previous experience can join in. The band also features Jeff Lawrie on accordion, Brendan Munns on guitar and percussionist, Terry Carlan.
Bring the family, pull on some comfortable shoes, and join in the fun.
